In the survey, Santa Marta is located in 2nd place as one of the best options to buy an apartment facing the sea, due to its affordable costs, its annual valuation and the quality of life that it generates as it is a calm city.<\/p>\n\n
The survey looks at the cost of buying two bedroom, two bathroom apartments, between 70 and 100 square meters (about 800 to 1,100 square feet), in neighborhoods where a retiree would feel comfortable and likely to buy.<\/p>\n\n
The natural wealth of La Perla de America is also mentioned, which makes it unique in the world, and El Rodadero as the most visited tourist beach in Colombia, as well as the renovation of the boardwalks by the sea, the varied commercial offer that the city has and its majestic landscapes.<\/p>\n\n
